| Pet Pick-up and Drop-off Shuttle Rates: $5.00 for pick-up or drop-off (one way) of a pet in Arlington $7.00 - $10.00 for pick-up or drop-off (one way) of a pet in a neighboring community Product and Food Drop-off Shuttle Rates: FREE with a scheduled visit, dog walk, or shuttle service! $7.00 - $10.00 without a scheduled visit How to book our Shuttle Service: Contact us with your requested dates for service. Please note: We are very busy for our shuttle service - in order to properly assess our availability for your pet, please provide us with as much information as possible about your desired schedule. At this time we may not have availability for last-minute shuttle service. Shuttle Guidelines: 1. Because we frequently transport multiple dogs, your dog must be able to ride near other dogs. The dogs are either buckled in or crated for safety, so your dog MUST crate well. 2. Your dog must be friendly with people and be easy to handle. 3. Your dog must have good manners! They must ride quietly and not potty in the vehicle! 4. If your dog is excessively dirty / stinky or has an accident inside of our shuttle, a special vehicle cleaning charge of $10.00 will apply! 5. Morning Shuttle services will be completed between 7:00 - 9:00am. Afternoon Shuttle services will be completed between 12:00 - 2:00pm. Evening Shuttle Services will be completed between 4:00 - 6:00pm. 6. We usually have our shuttle running with other dogs inside and do not have time to spare. Please make sure your dog has gone to the bathroom, been fed, and is ready to go. 7. When we arrive, we do not have time to feed your dog a meal or to wait for them to finish their meal. If you need your dog fed, please feed them well before we arrive, or have your pet's food ready for us to bring to daycare so we can feed them here. 8. Please have your pet's leash ready so we can promptly take your pet to the shuttle. We do not have time to catch or find your pet! 9. If your pet damages anything during shuttle service, your account will be charge for it's repair. |
