1. "What vaccinations do you require?"
ADULT DOGS: Adult dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo vaccinations (or have
proof of a recent Titer.) We also need to see proof that your pet has received a negative fecal exam
within the past year. We do NOT require the kennel cough (bordatella) vaccination, due to it's inability
to prevent all cases of kennel cough. We keep our facility very clean and everything is disinfected daily.
PUPPIES: All puppies over 8 weeks old are welcome in our program, providing they have had at least
one Distemper and Parvo vaccination. We require all puppies in our program to have had a wellness
exam done by a local vet, and a negative fecal exam as well.
PLEASE NOTE - Our policy is that your pet may NOT attend Daycare, Grooming, or Playgroup
within 7 days of receiving ANY vaccination. Some vaccinations may immediately lower your dog's
immune system.

2. "What are your hours and your rates?"
We are open for daycare from 8:00am until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. A late fee will apply if you
pick your dog up after 6:00pm.
We charge $15.00 for a 1/2 day of daycare. A 1/2 day is under 5 hours of daycare time.
We charge $22.00 for a full day of daycare. A full day is more than 5 hours of daycare time.
Please see our Current Month's Calendar
HERE:

3. "What is your housebreaking policy / potty break schedule?"
We require all dogs coming into our program for the day to have already been for a potty break. All
dogs over 6 months of age must be housebroken to participate in our program. We are tolerant of
puppies and understand that they need to potty frequently. We offer potty breaks several times
throughout the day and take the dogs on-leash for group walks around the block to relieve themselves.
We always clean up after the dogs in our program using biodegradable bags.
We do NOT tolerate dogs that mark inside our facility, or dogs over 6 months of age that have
accidents. If your dog consistently has accidents or marks, there will either be a clean-up fee or we will
be forced to excuse them from our program.

4. "What are your rules / cancellation policies / etc?"
  • If you have a permanent schedule (the same schedule every week) we need that schedule from
you in writing. It will need to specify what days your dog will attend each week, and be signed by
you. This will stay attached to your dog’s card.
  • If you have a flexible schedule (a different schedule every week) we need you to provide us with
your schedule for the upcoming week NO LATER than 6pm on the Friday before.
  • Regardless of your dog’s schedule (permanent or flexible) if they are scheduled to come in for
daycare and fail to do so, a $15.00 daycare cancellation fee will be applied to your bill. This fee
will be waived if you call to cancel BEFORE 8am on the same day. (A voicemail message is
acceptable.) This will allow us to know by opening if we have cancellations and take any clients
on the wait list. ALL Shuttle Service must be cancelled by 7:00AM same day to avoid being
    billed.
  • Please call before dropping your dog off for same-day daycare, as we have had to turn clients
away at the door because our program was full for the day. We hate to do that to you and your
dog, but cannot take a walk-in in good conscience when we have people who called ahead in on
a wait list. If we continue to have people just drop off their dogs without calling first, a same-day
    daycare fee will apply.
  • Even with the unpredictable weather this winter, we have still prided ourselves in opening every
morning on time. We will personally call all clients scheduled to be in our program for the day if
the weather (or any other unforeseen event) causes us to close Go Play for any reason. Please
expect us to be open (regardless of the weather) unless we have contacted you to tell you
otherwise. All cancellation fees and policies will apply unless we are not open that day.
  • Please only use our rear door for daycare drop-off between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:30am. All
daycare drop-offs later than 8:30 will need to be done at the front door. Please have your dog
ready to come right in and understand that we will need to immediately return to our daycare
dogs. If you need to give us any information regarding your dog, please call our phone or drop
them off at the front door.
  • Rewards Program: Our “Full Time” Rewards program will apply to our clients who have a
permanent schedule and use our daycare and/or dog walking service Monday through Friday.
We offer you 20% off all regularly-priced products and grooming services, as well as (1) free nail
trimming per month. Our “Part Time” Rewards program will apply to our clients who have a
permanent schedule and use our daycare and/or dog walking service two or more days a week.
We offer you 15% off all regularly-priced products and grooming services. We offer grooming
and daily daycare clients a same-day 10% discount off all regularly-priced products!
