"I was pleased to meet Jen Pierce in her (former) dog-groomer role at Belmont Pet Shop. She is one of
the rare people who can do a nail-trim for Lucy, my two-year-old French Bulldog, who is generally a love
but a real terror about having her nails clipped (imagine the Tasmanian Devil after a double latte!) I had
tried many other groomers without success, but Jen's gentle manner and nerves of steel overcame Lucy's
fear. Shortly after meeting Jen Pierce, I met Jen Hansen and now both "Jens" are two of Lucy's favorite
people. They come for occasional walks as well as nail-clipping at home, and I am very happy to be able
to call on them as needed. They came up with an innovative nail-grinder-and-string-cheese approach to
trimming Lucy's nails that seems as though it will be successful in ending her fear. In addition to being
available on a flexible basis that works well for our schedule, I can tell that Jen and Jen really love Lucy.
When they visit, I know that Lucy is getting a lot of fun play and affection. I recommend the Jens highly to

and I added a 10-week old puppy to our household. We decided we needed basic dog training, for

pups' owners, and were very effective in getting us through the program and instilling basic commands
that we depend on today. We also used the kennel for boarding and for grooming of our dogs, and
