Confidence Class (Recommended for all puppies to build confidence and help train them during a fearful development stage, for dogs who need more confidence, and for dogs who are fearful of things in the "real-world!") Confidence Class: What does this class cover? Confidence training focuses on teaching your dog to feel secure and comfortable in every situation. We focus on creating a calm and confident dog who is unafraid of noises, visual images, and surfaces. We work extensively on creating calm dogs who are unaffected by new people and new dogs as well. Help your dog become more confident when in the company of strangers and strange dogs by teaching them proper manners and behavior. By using agility training to help build confidence with different surfaces, we focus on safe and correct obstacle performance and fundamental handling skills. Dogs will be introduced to all of the obstacles regularly seen in agility training as well as other obstacles (ladders, different surfaces, etc.) This will help them learn how to maneuver their bodies and build their confidence both in the "real-world" and the agility world! Obstacles include jumps, tire jump, tunnel, chute, weave poles, teeter totter / see saw, dog walk, A-frame, and the pause table. Each session is 30 minutes per week for (4) weeks - Cost: $80.00 Fun and Games Class: (Recommended for dogs who have completed at least one group obedience class.
