| With every breeding, our goal is to leave the Jack Russell Terrier Breed in a better place from which we found it. We have chosen to breed because we feel we can help better the JRT. Each litter we breed is carefully planned. We only have a litter if we are planning on keeping a terrier out of the breeding. We give our dogs the very best in care, training, nutrition, socialization, exercise, and love. We also do all available genetic testing and post individual results on each terrier's page. All breeding stock is worked in the field to ensure that only the most correct terriers are bred. We do not have a kennel - all terriers live with us in our home. All terriers are fed a high-quality diet, and begun on crate training, leash training, commands, and housebreaking at a very young age. Puppies are introduced to grooming, nail clipping, and gentle handling from birth. Each puppy is carefully temperament tested to ensure placement with the best family. All puppies are sold with a health guarantee, and pet puppies sold with a spay/neuter contract. Each puppy goes to their new home vaccinated, wormed, with a high-quality puppy kibble, and a puppy starter kit. Additionally, each family receives a membership to the Yankee Jack Russell Terrier Network. This New England-based Jack Russell Club hosts fun days for terriers and their families! We are firm believers in providing socialization to puppies, especially between the crucial 4 - 12 week period of their lives. It is during that time that they learn to be confident, kind, and well-adjusted adults suited for family life. Our terriers have been provided with the best possible socialization from a young age. By coming to work with us daily, our terriers are introduced to other friendly dogs and encouraged from a young age to be part of our busy daycare pack. They play with other dogs of all shapes and sizes, as well as ages. This results in a happy and social terrier that is elated to meet other dogs throughout their lives. It is not uncommon for us to have 3 or 4 breeding stock terriers playing with the daycare pack at one time! Our terriers are always complimented for their kind temperaments. Puppies are introduced to every client who comes into our daycare; introducing them at an early age to men, women, and children. The see delivery people, police officers, construction workers, babies in strollers, etc. Our daycare is located on Massachusetts Ave - the street that runs from Boston into Lexington. There is constant traffic, horns, screeching tires, sirens, construction noise, etc. The exposure to busy city life helps young puppies become "bombproof" adults who are not phased by much! Our puppies will be exposed to all types of situations, people, dogs, and environments so that they will become the perfect family pet that is a joy for you to have in your life! We are very selective about who may own a RavenWolf Terrier. If you are interested in one of our puppies, please contact us or fill out our puppy questionnaire. We will take any terrier bred by us back at any time during the terrier's life - NO exceptions. RavenWolf Terriers are OUR responsibility! If you are interested in a puppy, we suggest researching the Jack Russell breed thoroughly. They are wonderful dogs that make wonderful pets for the right family! We could live without ours!!! |
