Terms & Conditions of Class Registration:
I/We agree that I/We hold harmless Jennifer E Hansen and Jennifer E Pierce dba Go Play, Lisa Benoit, and all persons
connected here within any capacity whatsoever from any and all cost, liability, and expense for any injury or damage to
any person, dog, or property caused by any dog owned by me (us) brought to class or any other events held or
sponsored by same. I/We further agree that the trainers and staff, in the interest of the class or event, have the right to
refuse training or participation to any dog that displays a vicious aggressive manner that is not manageable by his
owner or handler, and to excuse any dog that appears to be in poor health. I/We further agree that all relevant
information about the dog is disclosed to the trainers and staff.
GTG Class Guidelines:
I/We agree and understand that GTG stimulates a dog's natural hunting instincts. We understand that encouraging this
behavior this may carry over into your dog's relationship with squirrels, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.
I/We agree and understand that our dog will come in contact with Pet Rats/quarry. I/We agree and understand that
our dog will be encouraged to harass said quarry but will NOT be allowed to harm or kill the quarry.
I/We agree and understand the Trainer(s) of this class will do everything in their power to keep the quarry and the dogs
safe, but there is a risk of the dogs being nipped at by the quarry.
I/We agree and understand that the quarry used will be tame, able to be handled, and free from any infectious diseases.
I/We agree that the Trainer(s) have final say on our dog's behavior.
I/We agree and understand that the payment options for this class are cash or by check only. Checks should be made
out to Lisa Benoit c/o Go Play!
I/We agree and understand that we do not have a spot secured in this class until payment is made IN FULL.

Class Rules:
1. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet if they have an accident or go to the bathroom.
2.Children are always welcome in class if they are respectful and accompanied by an adult.
3. Please refrain from drinking alcohol prior to class.
4. No smoking during class.
5. In case of inclement weather, your instructor will call to give you class status.
6. Please try to be on time, latecomers affect the entire class.
7. Keep dogs leashed - no loose dogs unless directed by your instructor.
8. All dogs must be able to be handled safely by your instructor.
9. Dogs are required to be current on all vaccinations. You must show proof you dog is up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, & Parvo
vaccinations at the first class.
10. If your instructor feels your dog is a danger to others or excuses your dog for any inappropriate behavior, it is for everyone’s
safety. We don’t want any person or dog to have a bad experience.
11. If you miss a class, you are entitled to a credit. This class credit must be used during the next session of class or it will be void.
12. Class Registration is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you ask any questions regarding your dog's placement in class
before paying class tuition.
13. Please inform the instructors of any possible food allergies your dog may have.
What to Bring / Wear:
1. Dogs must be on a regular buckle collar, harness, or gentle leader. No prong or choke collars.
2. Dogs must have a 4 - 6’ regular leash. Please no chain leashes or flexi-leads in class.
3. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You may wish to have a bag for your treats or a bait bag - (available for purchase at
our facility.)
4. Lots of really good treats (unusual treats - not just your dog's normal kibble!) You will need treats that will keep your dog
focused on you, rather than the other dogs & people. Have your dog nice and hungry, it will make your job easier!
5.Your patience, and a sense of humor. This class should be fun for everyone. (Your dog especially!)
6. If we have not met your pet before, please bring your pet's vaccination records to the first class.
