| We have years of experience in all-breed professional grooming and we offer professional grooming for all breeds of dogs as well as hand-stripping for terrier breeds. Click HERE to learn more about our NEW grooming packages!!!! Our goal is to provide your pet with a comfortable and safe grooming experience. All grooming appointments are made to ensure your pet is groomed start-to-finish - this means your pet will not be in a crate. The groomer will give your pet sole attention during their appointment and will call you as soon as your pet is finished. Because our grooming services are appointment-based, it is very important for you to be prompt or early for your appointment. Because we only groom one dog at a time, any late appointments will affect our schedule adversely.If you are more than 10 or 15-minutes late for your appointment, it will be rescheduled. Due to the set-up of our facility, not every dog will do well in our grooming program - our space is very small and located next to our daycare program. Even though there is a door between the grooming room and the play room, if your dog is extremely nervous or aggressive with other dogs, our grooming services will not work well for your dog. Also, all of our dogs are dried on the table here - we do not dry any dogs in crates. Therefore, all dogs must be comfortable with the dryers on the table. We also are only able to accept dogs that can be safely handled and groomed by (1) person. If you don't feel that your dog is a good fit for our program, we would be happy to recommend other options for you! Each pet leaves our shop happy and beautiful - sporting a seasonal bandanna or bows and a report card to hang on your fridge! Our grooming shop is brand-new and we have state-of-the-art equipment. We use high-quality biodegradable shampoos and products. Nothing but the best for your pet! We also offer Pet Coloring/Dying Services! Inquire to see if we have your desired color available! Due to our busy schedule at this time, please call in advance for your pet's appointment - we are not always able to book a same-day appointment. We also are not accepting any new cat clients. |
| Professional Grooming Rates: $45.00 + up for a TRIM (price depends on breed, size, coat condition, trim details, and dog's behavior.) Includes the following: Two shampoos with a scent of your choice, coat conditioner, table drying, ear cleaning and plucking, nail trim, anal gland expression (if needed), brushing, and haircut of your choice. $40.00 + up for a BATH (price depends on breed, size, coat condition, trim details, and pet's behavior.) Includes the following: Two shampoos with a scent of your choice, coat conditioner, table drying, ear cleaning and plucking, nail trim, anal gland expression (if needed), and brushing. $60.00 per hour + up for HANDSTRIPPING of terrier breeds. (Average price for a small terrier is $100, a medium terrier $120, and a large terrier $150.00) $15.00 for a nail trim - nail trims are available by appointment - please call ahead. There will be an additional charge for the following full grooming services: Teeth Brushing, Skunk Odor Shampoo, Oatmeal Shampoo, Flea & Tick Shampoo, De-matting, Difficult animals, Coloring Services, and Extra Brushing. How to book a Grooming appointment: 1. Fill out our online Service Agreement and submit it via our website. (New clients only.) 2. Contact us to find out our next available appointment. We also offer a shuttle service if you can't transport your pets to us for their grooming appointment! Only $5.00 per trip for Arlington residents, and only $7.00 - $10.00 for residents of neighboring towns - Click here for more information on our shuttle service! What you will need to bring to your pet's appointment: 1. Please bring a copy of your dog's vaccination records. We require all dogs to be current on their Distemper, Parvo, and Rabies vaccinations. If we do not see proof or speak to your veterinarian to confirm that your dog is current, your dog will not be groomed. We accept titers in lieu of vaccinations. 2. Detailed instructions of desired trim for your dog. If you have someone else drop your pet off, please have them be able to explain how you would like your pet styled. 3. Please drop off your pet at our BACK ENTRANCE (located in the parking lot behind our building and easily accessed off of School St. or Menotomy Rd. There is ample free parking, feel free to park here.) 4. Please have your pet on-leash! We have a lot of traffic in the back parking lot and want your pet safe! 5. If you have not submitted our Service Agreement online, please allow a few minutes to do so when you arrive for your pet's appointment.
